The MiniHotel Referral Program works with a tier-based system that defines the discount percentage you can offer to the hotels you invite.
All participants start at the Bronze level. As you add active referrals, you move up to higher tiers with increased benefits for the hotels you invite.
Progress within the program is cumulative: each active referral counts toward moving up a tier, and once a higher tier is reached, it is not lost over time.

Allows offering a 20% discount. Access to this level depends on the number of active referrals obtained. Levels do not decrease. Once a higher level is reached, it is permanently kept.
The referrer registers in the MiniHotel Referral Program. The system provides them with a unique link and a discount code. The referrer shares that link with potential clients. The new client registers with MiniHotel from the link. At the time of contracting the service, the client manually enters the discount code. Once the subscription is confirmed, the benefits are activated for both parties.
The MiniHotel Referral Program comes into effect starting November 1st and will remain active until the available benefits are exhausted. MiniHotel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, either totally or partially, providing timely notice through its official channels.
Anyone over 18 can participate, whether you’re a hotelier, consultant, partner, or a MiniHotel customer or non-customer. The only requirement is to register in the Referral Program.
Already a MiniHotel customer? You can participate too. Just keep in mind that your referrals must enter directly through onboarding. If they go through the sales team instead, the referral won’t be recognized and commissions won’t apply
Once registered in the Referral Program, the system automatically assigns you a unique link and a discount code that you can share with potential clients.
The client must register with MiniHotel from your link and, at the time of contracting the service, manually enter your discount code in the payments section.
The referrer receives a monetary reward based on what the client pays during their first months of service. The reward varies depending on the plan chosen by the referred client.
The payment is made within the period ranging from the referred client’s subscription date up to a maximum of two months from that moment, once the corresponding payments are confirmed.
Payment is made by transfer to the bank account provided by the referrer. If the referrer is a MiniHotel client, the corresponding amount will be credited in their favor on their MiniHotel subscription.
The program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. All participants start at Bronze. Silver level is accessed after five active referrals. Access to the Gold level depends on the number of active referrals obtained.
No. Levels do not decrease. Once a higher level is reached, it is permanently maintained.
A referral is considered active when they register using your link, contract the service, enter your discount code at the time of payment, and complete 2 (two) months as an active customer.
In addition, for the referral to be valid within the program, the person who subscribes must follow MiniHotel on social media (such as LinkedIn or Instagram) and participate by leaving at least one positive public interaction, for example, a comment or recommendation on social networks or forums.
No. The referred client must manually enter the discount code at the time of payment for the benefit to be applied.
No. Only referrals who register and contract MiniHotel through the link and code assigned to the referrer are considered valid.
Yes. There is no maximum limit of referrals. The greater the number of active referrals, the greater the benefits you can offer your guests.
